Abstract:The horizontal decanter centrifuge is a dual rotor system with small rotating speed difference, of which unbalanced vibration is a “beat” signal. The principle and method of machine balancing without resolving beat is introduced.Based on the influence of the beat to balancing, the pick-up and process of the “beat” signal is discussed in detail in respect to the hardware and software.
