Abstract:Following the rising situation of energy conservation and environment protection, DSM (Demand Side Management) is greatly developed in the service of electric power supply provided by power companies. Based on a number of provincial related researches, this paper proposes a systematical and comprehensive design for DSM technical support system. The whole in accordance with the model of "decentralized application, centralized data", have established three levels network architecture on provincial, municipal and county, whose unified data centers and application service platform arc the core of provincial power companies. Making full use of existing information resources, the essential function covers the main process, including market analysis and expansion, load forecasting, optimal consumption, load management, energy efficiency and integrated management. Meanwhile, on the basic design features, further plans consist of price assistant decision-making, demand-side management project evaluations.
