On Improving GDSS Data Warehouse

Abstract:To overcome the deficiencies in data consistency check and data fault tolerance for the existing data processing system of group decision support system (GDSS) data warehouse, the architecture of the improved GDSS data warehouse was proposed. The main elements, such as support environment and object management, and their interrelation, were presented. The data mining was performed by using mathematical methods, such as artificial neural network and statistical method, or non-mathematical methods, such as deduction and induction, the mined knowledge may be used for information management, query optimization, and decision support. The renew techniques of the data warehouse based on combined sequential technique were adopted.
