Abstract:With the development of Chinese railway, the speed and the density of the transportation increase rapidly. Because of the mechanism of the single driver and attendant of the train and the long movement sector, the traditional manual control way of the train speed has become very difficult to satisfy the demand of railway transportation. In this paper, the control schema based on fuzzy neural network is used to construct the fuzzy neural controller for controlling the train speed, which has the ability of representing fuzzy logic knowledge simply and the strong learning capability through the neural network. The control method does not rely on the precise mathematical model, and is able to change the control regulations by self-adapted way according to the parameters of the system and environment. The closed-loop controller of fuzzy neural network is used to adjust train running speed based on the train movement parameters. Through the forecast of train running status and the evaluation of fuzzy inference and the revision of the result, the system gradually gets the synthesis evaluation of different factors which affect the train movement security, and a subjective factor of describing safe train movement, the security parameter Ta, is obtained A train speed controller with the multi-function has been realized and simulated The result shows that the system is effective to help driver to carry on the train speed control in intelligent way, and fuzzy neural network control strategy can guarantee the train movement in the high level security.
