Prediction of Thermodynamic Property Using Shape Factor CSP

Abstract:With the conformal parameters evaluated from the equations of the vapor pressure and molar volumes of pure fluid at saturation state, the shape factor CSP is used to predict the thermodynamic properties of P-V-T, second virial coefficient, enthalpy, entropy, heat capacity and vapor liquid equilibrium for both pure fluids and fluid mixtures. Satisfactory results are obtained.
