Abstract:A novel linear reciprocating ultrasonic motor (USM) was designed, and the typical control method of USM was introduced. A process adjustment method for USM was proposed based on fuzzy-control theory. The principle and construction of the fuzzy-control system were analyzed and the design method for fuzzy-control system was given. The future development of USM fuzzy-control process adjustment system was pointed out.
