Abstract:Radiation source NFZ-10 of the electron linac accelerator of industrial irradiation for Broad Range of a medium beam power has been designed and manufactured. The testing results show that the working ability is equals to ∞Co source of 30 PBq. The main energy ≤±0.5%; scanning unevenness <2.5%. The NFZ-10 electron linac accelerator has been used in the irradiation processing in production line of power semiconductors. It is stable and reliable in the operation more than one year and obtained good economic benefits.
