Research on integrated framework of agile supply chain management

Abstract:The composite structure and running circumstance of the supply chain directly relate to efficiency of the enterprise management. In accordance with requirements for agile supply chain management under agile manufacturing mode, the integrated framework of agile supply chain management was explored. The framework should not only support rapid reengineering and integration of information system, but also ensure high quality and efficiency of supply chain, so there are two key problems to be solved. First, it is necessary to build framework structure of supply chain under distributive and heterogeneous environment of the enterprises; secondly, the framework should support constraints and conflicts management among various activities of enterprises.
