Abstract:Some sufficient conditions for unconditioned stability of cellular neural networks with delay are obtained by means of Liapunov functional approach. These conditions can be used to design globally stable networks and have important significance in both theory and applications.

Abstract:The problem of analysis of robust stability for time-delayed neural networks with nonlinear perturbation has been investigated via Lyapunov stability theory. The sufficient conditions for robust stability of neural networks with time delays have been developed. The exponential stability criterion for neural networks is also derived. The result includes the information on the state convergence degree of the neural networks. The robust stable criterion in this paper is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities.

Abstract:In this note, the global asymptotic stability of a class of delayed cellular neural networks is studied. Some new sufficient conditions are presented for the uniqueness of equilibrium point and the global stability of cellular neural networks with time varying delay by constructing Lyapunov functional and using linear matrix inequality (LMI). A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretical results.

Abstract:In this paper, the stability about a general class of cellular neural networks is studied. Because of the potential prospective applications, during the past few years, the study of cellular neural networks has been one of the most active research areas and attracted the attention of many researchers. By making use of the Liapunov functions and the technique of inequality analysis, some sufficient conditions for stability of cellular neural networks are obtained. The existence of the equilibrium point is proved and the sufficient conditions of the global convergence stability of cellular neural networks are derived. These conditions make the design of cellular neural networks easier. So they are important in theory and application.

Abstract:Two novel linear matrix inequality (LMI)-based stability criteria for the equilibrium point of cellular neural networks with constant time delay (DCNNs) are presented in this paper. The sufficient conditions of global asymptotic stability and global exponential stability are derived by employing a more general type of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and S-Procedure technique. Furthermore, we represent the exponential stability condition as GEVP. On the other hand, the results are presented in the form of LMI, and hence are easy to be verified. It turns out that the results derived in this paper are less conservative and more efficient than the most published results in the literature.

Abstract:Lyapunov functional methods, combining with some inequality techniques, ate employed to study the global asymptotic stability of delayed neural networks. Without assuming Lipschitz conditions on the activation functions, a new sufficient condition is established. Such criteria allows us to include non-Lipschitzian activaition functions,hi the design of delayed neural networks. The result presented here is also discussed from the point of view of its relationship to some previous results.

Abstract:Delay-dependent exponential stability of non-autonomous cellular neural networks with delays is considered in this paper. Based on the differential inequality technique as well as a fact about Young inequality, some new sufficient conditions are given for global exponential stability of non-autonomous cellular neural networks with delays. The conditions rely on the size of time-delay. Since the results presented here do not require the differentiability of variable delay, they are less conservative than those established in the earlier references. An example is given to illustrate the applicability of these conditions.

Abstract:This paper investigates the exponential stability of a class of delayed cellular neural networks (DCNN's). By means of appropriately dividing the network state variables into several subgroups, the new sufficient exponential stability condition is derived by constructing Liapunov functional and using the method of the variation of constant. The condition suitable is associated with some initial values and is represented only by some blocks of the interconnection matrix. An example is discussed to illustrate the results.

Abstract:In this paper, we have derived some sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness of equilibrium and global exponential stability in delayed Hoplield neural networks by using a different approach from the usually used one where the existence, uniqueness of equilibrium and stability are proved in two separate steps, rather we first prove global exponential convergence to 0 of the difference between any two solutions of the original neural networks, the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium is the direct results of this procedure. We obtain the conditions by suitable construction of Lyapunov functionals and estimation of derivates of the Lyapunov functionals by the well-known Young's inequality and Holder's inequality. The proposed conditions are related to p-norms of vector or matrix, p is an element of [ 1, infinity], and thus unify and generalize some results in the literature. Abstract:In this paper, we study the global asymptotic stability properties of cellular neural networks with variable coefficients and time varying delays. We present sufficient conditions for the global asymptotic stability of the neural networks . The proposed conditions, which are applicable to all continuous nonmonotonic neuron activation functions and do not require the interconnection matrices to be symmetric, establish the relationships between network parameters of the neural systems and the delay parameters. Some examples show that our results are new and improve the previous results derived in the literature.

Abstract:A new method is presented to investigate the globally asymptotic stability of reaction-diffusion cellular neural network with time-delays. The method is built on the mean Lyapunov function. We give some new sufficient conditions on time-dependent or time-independent to ensure globally asymptotic: stability of the equilibrium point of the class of systems under the conditions of the active functions are continuous by employing linear matrix inequality (LMI). Abstract:The globally asymmetric stability of DCNNs is studied by employing Lyapunov method. Some properties of globally asymmetric stability stable equilibriums are discussed when output functions are monotonic. Sufficient conditions are proposed to ensure the existence and uniqueness of this kind of stable equilibriums. The proposed result weakens the restrictive conditions of this kind of stable equilibriums in literature and generalizes other results after comparing with previous literatures.
