Abstract:Objective: To optimize the preparation technology of Fuketiaojing capsule.Methods: Decocting process for Fuketiaojing capsule was determined with single factor test used the transfer rate of paeoniflorin and yield of solid substance as the evaluation indexes,and the content of paeoniflorin in the extract was measured with high performance liquid chromatography.Drying technology and forming process of Fuketiaojing capsule were studied.The optimal preparation technology of Fuketiaojing capsule was selected.Results: The optimum preparation technology was as follows: adding water the amount of which was 12 times that of medicinal materials,decocting two times,3h for the first time and 2h for the second time,concentrating and vacuum drying at 60℃,after grinding,filling the capsules.Conclusions: The preparation technology is stable,reasonable,practicable,and provides a scientific basis for the industrial production.
