Abstract:The technology of plastic processing with ultrasonic vibration is derived from the development and combination of the technologies of metal plastic processing and ultrasonics, and more and more research and application are obtained for its various advantages. The mechanism of ultrasonic vibration to plastic processing was elaborated firstly, and the reasons of friction vector reverses in surface effect were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the introduction to the research status of the plastic processing technology with ultrasonic vibration at home and abroad, some typical applications of them plastic processing technology with ultrasonic vibration were analyzed, and the unsolved problems and research direction for the plastic processing technology with ultrasonic vibration were discussed.
