Abstract:Campus micro-cloud service system, an innovative application which is combined with mobile Internet and cloud computing, is a convenient tool within the campus for home-school communication between teachers and parents. The system is based on the extension and upgrade of the application of the original School Card or home-school system which is mainly relying on the interaction between the mobile operator's text messages and computer platform. In this paper, the system requirement analysis is introduced firstly, then the system topology design is described, and finally the system logical design is given. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

Abstract:With the development of hospital information construction, medical information systems are becoming more and more diversified and complicated in hospitals. The traditional architecture in which a single application is supported by single or multiple servers will largely increase the number of servers, the total cost of ownership, and the difficulty of centralized management. By analyzing the core technology and service mode of cloud computing, this paper constructs a health information integration model based on cloud computing. On the basis of this model, we develop a health information integration platform in private cloud with electronic medical record (EMR) as the core. Abstract:A new design of the digital broadcast system based on 3G means of transmission and a cloud computing is proposed to replace the traditional one, which has such disadvantages as the coverage restriction, the high covering and maintenance costs, frangibility to interference and poor capacity of emergency information dissemination. Consisting of three parts including the broadcast control platform, the control and the receiving terminal, the new system uses the 3G network infrastructure of Telecom to achieve grouping and fixed broadcasting, thus solving the urgent broadcasting issues in emergency. Experiments have shown that this system owns many advantages, such as resource pool, elastic supply, simplified terminal and rapid deployment.

Abstract:For problem that traditional coal mine safety monitoring system cannot predict underground accidents in advance, the paper proposed a coal mine safety monitoring and early warning system based on cloud computing．It introduced related technologies including cloud computing, SaaS and data mining, and described design of overall architecture and cloud data center of the system in details. The system can effectively forecast underground gas accident, mechanical and electrical accident, fire accident, water damage accident, so as to reduce risk of security incidents.

Abstract:To increase the efficiency and accuracy of obtaining, storing and analysis of examination data, this paper developed an examination data analysis and evaluation platform based on cloud computing technologies. First of all, the examination data base was constructed based on data OLAP. Then, an examination analysis system was developed according to the application experience from the users. Finally, an education and examination data analysis and evaluation platform was developed based on cloud computing technology. The practical applications from more than 100 cities in 16 provinces showed that this platform can increase the efficiency of the examination data obtaining, storing, analysis, and evaluation for the education management department, school, teacher and student. Currently, this platform has owned more 40 % market share of the education and examination data services in China.

Abstract:Emergency platform of safety production big data is based on large data analysis technology, it′s used to imple-ment the early warning, emergency management, equipment failure cause analysis, etc. This study proposes the design frame-work of enterprise emergency platform of safety production big data, composed of the following seven layers:the standard system, safety operational system, infrastructure layer, data storage layer, service support layer, application service layer and presentation layer. Taking Shenhua Guoneng Group as an example, this paper sets up an emergency platform for big data of enterprise safety production, which can be used for querying safety production information, emergency management of production safety, early warning index analysis of production safety and analysis of causes of failure of production facilities.

Abstract:An emergency platform is an informatization support platform for disaster information perception, disaster situational awareness, and emergency decision command. This is a key tool for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency responses. Numerous large countries have conducted in-depth research on the key technologies of emergency platforms. Over the past 20 years, with the reform of emergency management mechanisms, China has developed two generations of emergency platform systems. This paper reviews the two generations of emergency platforms and summarizes their key technologies including multi-source-based monitoring and early warning, multi-hazard risk assessment, "scenario-response "-based decision support, synthetical forecasting based on incident chain, and emergency common operational picture (COP) for command and dispatch. Future research directions for the next generation emergency platforms are also proposed.

Abstract:To improve the stability and timeliness of the emergency logistics system, the urgency of time and the need of multi-objective decision-making in the urban emergency logistics system are fully considered, as well as the situational factors such as road safety that may occur in the process of material distribution, while meeting certain cost characteristics in the actual distribution process. An emergency logistics mode scheme based on cloud platform is proposed. By analyzing the uncertain factors in the main problems of urban emergency logistics, and incorporating the uncertain factors with large influence factors into the research system of urban emergency logistics, it can ensure that the urban emergency logistics activities meet the specific practical requirements. On this basis, the improvement of urban emergency logistics system is proposed. We are also building an emergency logistics model based on the cloud platform to reduce the cost caused by information asymmetry and improve the efficiency of emergency material distribution. Genetic algorithm with monarch scheme is used to optimize the S-flow path of emergency materials based on cloud platform. The experimental data show that the emergency logistics of the severely affected cities has reduced 36.49% of the cost and saved 27.87% of the time through the cloud platform. Result finding that the cloud platform proposed in this paper can shorten the transportation time, reduce the distribution cost, find the optimal distribution route of materials, and has good stability and application value.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of land resources information management, this research firstly designs a land resources cloud computing platform. Four main strategies, namely job scheduling, cloud cache pool, Map Reduce and resources-oriented techniques are then discussed in details. A prototype system named Land Cloud is then introduced, followed by two experiments which are conducted to test the performance of the system. The results show enough evidence of the usefulness of cloud computing services in managing land resources data.

Abstract:The fire accident occurred in a chemical industrial park can be highly destructive and lead to catastrophic consequences. In this paper, an emergency command information platform was established to provide a strong technical support for risk prevention. The platform includes eight modules of preparedness management, emergency resource management, duty, emergency alarm, command and dispatch, comprehensive research and judgment, auxiliary analysis, and emergency decision-making. The system realizes the function of real-time monitoring, accident simulation, early warning, intelligent auxiliary decision-making, and robot rescue.

Abstract:Entering the era of big data, while the amount of resource information is increasing exponentially, it has greatly increased the difficulty of people's resource sharing and searching. The design goal of this resource sharing platform is to gather the power of a large number of netizens to collect and integrate a large amount of resources, so that users can enrich the resource library as resource sharers while searching for resources. This system is an online multi-person resource sharing platform designed based on the Springboot and Vue2.0 framework, which implements functions such as user registration and login, data sharing, search, and comments. It also implements resource and user information management functions in the administrator module, as well as AI image audit image function based on Yolo. This system adopts cloud computing cloud database technology and cloud computing host technology to reduce system operating costs, and uses Sa Token plugin to ensure system security. While providing a resource sharing platform for netizens, it also adds corresponding resource audit functions such as image auditing.

Abstract:In recent years, cloud computing sweeps the world and becomes the new direction for future network applications. The traditional operating systems lack constructivity and evolvability, support less for the application perception and multi-core platform so that they cannot satisfy the requirements of cloud computing applications well. So the development of next-generation cloud-oriented network operating system is very significant. In this position paper, we first explained the background of the new network operating system. Then we listed some existing cloud computing operating systems. After describing the challenges that the project meets, we proposed the prototype architecture. We also discussed some key technologies and elaborated the expected typical scenario of developing and deploying applications in the proposed system.

Abstract:Large-area blackout has great negative effect to social public security, which is difficult to manage and deal with under traditional dispatch automation system. Aiming at the deficiency of current dispatch system, the demand of emergency command system was analyzed in this paper. And the software architecture and service logic was designed. To ensure the reliability of power supply, the emergency system was designed to provide assistant decision making and technical support based on three stages before and after the emergencies occurred. The proposed system has the following functions, including risk assessment, early-warning, weak spot identification, fault diagnosis and location, equipment load-ability assessment, optimization of disaster-relief resources allocation schedule, visualization of emergency handling process. Finally, the key technologies of the emergency command system were discussed. The proposed system can validly deal with and decrease the negative effects caused by emergency incident, which can guarantee the reliability of power supply.

Abstract:Cloud computing is a recently proposed concept, aiming at making the internet a common infrastructure just like electricity. Middleware is a general service between the platform and applications, which is standardized by some interfaces and protocols. However, there's by far no adaptation platform to bridge the terminals and the cloud. In this paper we propose a novel cloud terminal adaptation platform based on mobile web-middleware, which acts as a standard interface for the mobile middleware and the cloud. For case study, we introduce a mobile network based postoperative survey system based on our proposed platform.

Abstract:Because of the continuous expansion of modern power systems,ever increasing computation and data processing capabilities are demanded for power system analysis. The existing computing platform of power systems,however,cannot meet these computational requirements. Given this background,an advanced power system computing platform based on cloud computing is developed. The basic concepts and main technical characteristics of cloud computing are introduced first. The cloud computing is then comprehensively compared with another large-scale distributed computing technology,namely grid computing. From aspects of the hardware components,system architecture and software technology,the implementation of power system cloud computing is presented in details. The potential applications of cloud computing in a number of areas,including power system security assessment,power flow and optimal power flow computation,system restoration,system monitoring and control,scheduling and reliability assessment,are clarified. Several important research problems to be resolved are finally discussed.
