Abstract:Based on two aggregation-induced light-emitting materials, N-(4-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-3-hydroxyphenyl) anthracene-9-carboxamide for yellow emission and N-(4-(benzo[d]oxazol-2-yl)-4-tert-butylbenzamide for Blue emission, non-doped white organic light-emitting diodes have been realized. The maximum efficiency of 2.2 cd/A and the Commission International de L'Eclairage coordinates of (0.32, 0.33) are achieved. Moreover, the device efficiency and color coordinates change slightly with increasing driving current density up to 500mA/cm(2), showing a good color stability and a small efficiency roll-off. This may due to both better confinement of excitons within the emitting layer and the utilization of a thin layer of emitting material with aggregation-induced emission.
