Abstract:The invention relates to a full-optical field (amplitude and phase) real-time measuring system and method of ultrafast pulses. The system comprises a preposed dispersion unit, a splitter, a photo-detector PD1, a phase modulator, a postposed dispersion unit, a photo-detector PD2, a real-time oscilloscope and an iteration operation processing unit. After dispersion expansion, the ultrafast pulses to be measured are divided into two paths of optical signals L1 and L2 at any proportion. The signals L1 are used as reference signals and are input into the photo-detector PD1. Secondary phase modulation is carried out on the signals L2, and after preposed dispersion, the signals L2 are input into the photo-detector PD2. Electric signals output by the PD1 and the PD2 are respectively and continuously collected, and intensity information E1 and intensity information E2 are obtained. E1, E2 and guess phases are used as input conditions of an iteration algorithm, iteration operation is carried out, and the full-optical field information of the ultrafast pulses to be measured is output. According to the invention, the intensity information is directly detected, the application range is wide, and the structure is simple.
