Implication of Lake's Healthy Morphology and Its Assessment Through Set Pair Analysis: A Case Study of Dazong Lake

Abstract:The implication of a lake's healthy morphology is described by referring to domestic and international research on lake's morphology,with consideration of the factors that influence it.A comprehensive evaluation index system of a lake's healthy morphology that consists of an overall layer,a system layer,and an index layer was constructed,with the features and dynamics of the lake surface morphology taken into account.Based on this index system,set pair analysis(SPA) was used to evaluate the healthy morphology of Dazong Lake.The results show that(a) Dazong Lake showed a significant change in morphology,(b) the surface morphology of Dazong Lake was not healthy,and(c) human activities were the main causes of the unhealthy morphology of Dazong Lake.
