Abstract:【Objective】To study the therapeutic effect and safety of Pumps(CSⅡ) of Insulin aspart(IAsp) in treatment of new-diagnosed diabetic patients.【Methods】Sixty-five cases of new-diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were randomly assigned into two groups : IAsp group(n=35) and human regular insulin(HRI) group(n=30),were all treated with CSⅡ for 2 weeks,then compared the difference in blood glucose control,insulin dosage and the rate of hypoglycemic episodes between the two groups.【Results】After CSⅡ insulin treatment blood glucose including fasting or 2h plasma glucose levels was well controlled,but no siginificant differences between them,The blood glucose control time and insulin dosage in IAsp group were siginificantly shorter and less than those in HRI group(P0.05),hypoglycemic episodes in IAsp group was also rarer than those in HRI group(P0.05).【Conclusion】Insulin aspart(IAsp) in insulin pumps(CSⅡ) is more efficacious and safer in treatment of new-diagnosed diabetic patients.
