Abstract:Nowadays, university graduates are major contributors of social development , therefore their psychological health draws attention of the whole society. Facing the mental health problems of college students , the reasons of effective countermeasures were researched, and some suggestions for solving the college mental health problems were provided. This paper argues that the current mental health problems are complex and diverse, mainly from the social environment, the negative energy oriented education, family education and school students self concept development imbalance caused by four aspects. According to the psychological health problems of college students, this paper puts forward that to vigorously promote the social environment of positive energy, schools should strive to practice quality education, students should pay attention to family education and the students themselves should pay more attention to the balanced development.

Abstract:With the development of society and the popularization of higher education, the cultivation of comprehensive quality of college students has become the focus of attention of the education sector and the community. This paper researches and discusses the influence and role of social practice on the development of comprehensive quality of college students. Firstly, it discusses the importance of social practice activities in enhancing the comprehensive quality of college students, including the role of cultivating practical ability, enhancing the sense of social responsibility and teamwork spirit. Secondly, it analyzes the influence of social practice on the cognitive level, emotional attitude and values of college students, and points out that social practice can promote the overall development of college students. Finally, the problems and challenges of the current social practice activities are discussed, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further play the role of social practice in the comprehensive quality cultivation of college students, and to provide better support and guarantee for the growth and development of college students. Abstract:Current college students are no longer a scarce resource and it is becoming increasingly prominent phenomenon they can’t find jobs after graduation. This is because of not only the oversupply of graduates but also the inability of some students. Meanwhile, it has become a serious problem that college students are lack of study motivations. This leads to low efficiency in the class, improper use of spare time, academic fraud and other phenomenons, which will seriously affect the quality of personnel training. So how to create a good learning environment to enhance college students’ study motivation and lay solid foundation for employment becomes a question that worth exploring. Abstract:As the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, the excellent quality of helping others is an important support for building a harmonious socialist society. Charity activities are an important form to carry forward its excellent quality. College students as the future hope of the motherland, by encouraging and guiding college students to participate in charitable activities to cultivate relevant excellent quality is the important content of shaping contemporary higher education talents and realizing their personal life value, but at present, there are still problems in college students’ participation in charitable activities that need to be solved urgently. Taking YuLin University as an example, this paper points out the relevant theoretical concepts, analyzes the significance of college students’ participation in public welfare and charitable activities. Through data investigation, it is concluded that there are some problems in YuLin University students’ participation in public welfare and charitable activities, such as less participation, impure participation motivation, single participation information acquisition channel and distrust of relevant groups. This paper puts forward the improvement path from the aspects of individual, family, school and society in order to play an optimization role.

Abstract:In order to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education and manage- ment of college students, based on the questionnaire surveys among the post--90＇s college students in a part of faculties of Agricultural University of Hebei, we make a preliminary study of their political belief, the current situation of interpersonal interaction, anti--frustration ability and moral approval. At the same time, we propose four countermeasures including conducting in- novative teaching methods; strengthening communications with undergraduates and enhancing the improvement in their psychological diathesis; raising the students＇ awareness of the harm from reveling in playing computer games; and applying various teaching methods to help students im- prove their social acceptability.
