Abstract:With the implementation of the teaching evaluation system, colleges and universities have accumulated a large amount of teaching evaluation data, and it is urgent to improve teachers' English teaching ability. This research mainly discusses the design of an English teaching comprehensive ability assessment system based on K-means clustering algorithm. The cluster analysis module in the system is used to realize the comprehensive analysis and cluster analysis of the evaluation data involving all teachers. In the system designed in this study, students can input and modify the evaluation data of the instructor. Teachers can view the comprehensive evaluation results of classes and courses. Teaching administrators can classify and query the evaluation results of all teachers and the analysis and processing of the results, as well as the K-means cluster analysis results. The system administrator can modify the indicators and weights, and set the teaching plan. In student evaluation, the average evaluation score of male teachers is higher than that of female teachers, with a difference of 34.6 in the highest score. This article will help improve the teaching quality of teachers.

Abstract:It is thought to be an effective technique to handle the problem of educational data explosion and lack of information by identifying potential relationships between data and directing decision-makers through the extraction, transformation, analysis, and modeling of educational data. Based on this, this research constructs a data analysis model for education evaluation using the K-means clustering technique in DM. The weight of each index of students' comprehensive quality is calculated using AHP, and the value of the weight is used to determine whether the index is the important feature of analysis system mining. Improved sampling technology is used to deal with the representation of large-scale data sets; a sample partition clustering technique is proposed as a general framework. The best accuracy of this method, according to experimental data, is 95.6 percent, which is 12.1 percent greater than Mi cluster algorithm and 6.8 percent higher than DRCluster algorithm. The K-means clustering analysis technology is used to analyze students' comprehensive evaluation data in this paper, with the goal of determining the regularity of data implication, accurately diagnosing learning problems, and providing the foundation for developing effective student management strategies.

Abstract:The Kmeans clustering algorithm is widely used for the advantages of simplicity and efficient operation. However, the lack of clustering centers in the algorithm usually causes incorrect category of some discrete points. Therefore, in order to obtain more accurate clustering results when studying the factors affecting the professional growth of outstanding teachers, this paper proposes an improved algorithm of Kmeans combined with DBSCAN. Observing the clustering results of the influencing factors and calculating the evaluation standard values of the clustering results, it is found that the optimized DB-Kmeans algorithm has obvious improvements in the accuracy of the clustering results, and the clustering effect of the algorithm on edge points is more advantageous than the original algorithms according to the scatter diagram.

Abstract:In response to the problem of inaccurate classification of big data information in traditional English teaching ability evaluation algorithms, this paper proposes an English teaching ability estimation algorithm based on big data fuzzy K-means clustering. Firstly, the article establishes a constraint parameter index analysis model. Secondly, quantitative recursive analysis is used to evaluate the capabilities of big data information models and achieve entropy feature extraction of capability constrained feature information. Finally, by integrating big data information fusion and K-means clustering algorithm, the article achieves clustering and integration of indicator parameters for English teaching ability, prepares corresponding teaching resource allocation plans, and evaluates English teaching ability. The experimental results show that using this method to evaluate English teaching ability has good information fusion analysis ability and improves the accuracy of teaching ability evaluation and the efficiency of teaching resource application.

Abstract:This paper designs a competency evaluation system for English teaching posts in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of the established constraint parameter index analysis model, the ability of big data information model is evaluated and the feature information of ability constraint is extracted. According to this, the teaching ability of English teaching can be evaluated by integrating the average of teaching resources and teaching ability. The experimental results show that the designed evaluation algorithm significantly improves the ability and accuracy of information fusion analysis in the process of English education post competency evaluation, and has high practical application value.

Abstract:With the rapid development of the Internet, the new and advanced teaching mode is becoming increasingly popular, which has become a focus in the field of education in recent years. Therefore, the research and development of online teaching platforms have become a hot topic. This article takes international news communication as the research background, aiming at the unclear existing level and weak target. The teaching mode of the single teaching form puts forward the "embedded online intelligent teaching platform." A set of online innovative teaching platforms for large embedded systems is studied and established. The improved clustering analysis uses the GBKM clustering analysis algorithm to integrate grid clustering and K-means clustering and introduces the new meshing algorithm and the new function to calculate the density threshold. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the superiority of the GBKM algorithm is demonstrated. As the GBKM clustering analysis algorithm is the core algorithm of a personalized smart learning system, it is applied to an online intelligent teaching platform. The experimental results show that the teaching effect of the optimized teaching mode is significantly improved.

Abstract:Abstract This paper combines big data technology to analyze the training mode of digital media professionals in universities in various regions and explores the knowledge system, enrollment target, learning content, textbook construction, and employment direction of digital media professional training, respectively. The real data in the faculty management system is selected as the evaluation data, and the K-modes clustering algorithm is used to optimize the evaluation data in three problems, such as the number of clusters K, the initial clustering center, and the calculation of distance similarity. According to the research content, the evaluation index system of teachers’ teaching conditions in Y school was established, and the system was applied to evaluate the teaching operation of Y school comprehensively. The results showed that only 6.89% of the teachers were evaluated as “excellent”, 46.89% were evaluated as “good”, and 46.89% were evaluated as “medium”. The percentage of those who rated “medium” or below was 45.89%. This indicates that the university still needs to do a lot of work in improving teachers’ ability to meet the needs of college students in the new era. The application of the K-modes algorithm in the evaluation of digital media art professionals’ training is of great significance to the development of the digital media industry.

Abstract:Currently, there are two main problems with the evaluation of college English teaching quality: the lack of a complete evaluation system, and the limited quantification of evaluation indices. To solve the problems, this paper sums up the evaluation contents of college English teaching quality, and identifies the factors affecting the teaching quality of college English. On this basis, an improved evaluation system was established for the assessment of college English teaching quality, which is theoretically innovative. Next, grey clustering analysis and entropy weight method were combined into a robust evaluation model for college English teaching quality. This research provides a new and applicable solution to quantification of college English teaching quality.

Abstract:Based on intra-cluster similarity and inter-cluster similarity,this paper proposes a clustering quality evaluation method,which determines the similarity between the clustering result and the natural structure of the concerned population. A simple experiment and some analyses indicate that the evaluation method is basically in accordance with human’s intuition of classification,and can be used to evaluate clustering results,or as complementary techniques to other methods,or to modify manual standards for clustering test.

Abstract:In today's education practices, it is common to group students on their performance and teach them separately. Additionally, now a lot of data mining tools, including many education data mining tools, are available to teachers. With the help of these tools, student grouping can be more effective using clustering algorithms. This article proposes two principles of choosing clustering algorithm for student grouping. Two algorithms are chosen and an experiment is made to compare their effectiveness on students' learning data. Finally we give the conclusion on why one algorithm performs better than the other.

Abstract:: Student management is a problem that every university needs to solve. The purpose of this paper is to design a college student management system based on K-mean clustering algorithm. The purpose of this campus project analysis and research is to help teachers fully understand, master and adapt to students' skills, achieve the purpose of teaching, and write and develop optimized K-means algorithms. Firstly, through the analysis of the student management data, the system function module is added to the student management system. Then the number of K clusters is selected to set the total range, and the optimal value of the number of K clusters is selected by calculating the ratio of the inner and outer distances. Use the K-means method to analyse the optimization of the algorithm to analyse the performance on student management. The optimized K-mean algorithm has completed the classification of students well, and the average score of Pmoral Learning is 17.54 for the first category. College student management is a very important innovation, which has played a certain role in promoting the development of student management.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of inaccurate classification of big data information in traditional English teaching ability evaluation algorithms, an English teaching ability evaluation algorithm based on big data fuzzy K-means clustering and information fusion is proposed. Firstly, the author uses the idea of K-means clustering to analyze the collected original error data, such as teacher level, teaching facility investment, and policy relevance level, removes the data that the algorithm considers unreliable, uses the remaining valid data to calculate the weighting factor of the modified fuzzy logic algorithm, and evaluates the weighted average with the node measurement data and gets the final fusion value. Secondly, the author integrates the big data information fusion and K-means clustering algorithm, realizes the clustering and integration of the index parameters of English teaching ability, compiles the corresponding English teaching resource allocation plan, and realizes the evaluation of English teaching ability. Finally, the results show that using this method to evaluate English teaching ability has better information fusion analysis ability, which improves the accuracy of teaching ability evaluation and the efficiency of teaching resources application.

Abstract:Classroom teaching quality is a key content to measure the teaching level, and the teaching effect can be intuitively reflected from the students' listening state. In order to improve the teaching quality, this paper proposes an online English teaching quality evaluation model based on K-means and an improved SSD algorithm. In the SSD algorithm, the backbone network is replaced by DenseNet with a dense connection to improve detection accuracy. The network structure of quadratic regression is designed to solve the problem of unbalance between positive and negative samples in the default box of the candidate region. A feature graph scaling method is used to fuse feature graphs without introducing additional parameters. The number of default boxes and the optimal aspect ratio were obtained by k-means clustering analysis. Finally, the state of students in the teaching process is predicted through the dual-mode recognition model of facial expression and posture, and the state of students in class is judged. Experimental comparison and analysis were conducted on the public data set and a self-built classroom teaching video data set. Experiments show that compared with other comparison algorithms, the algorithm presented in this paper performs better in the index of detection accuracy.

Abstract:In order to achieve the teaching quality evaluation module in monitoring platform of teaching quality of university computer foundational curriculum,theoretic research on teaching quality evaluation module was conducted in combination with the analytical hierarchy process algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm.Multilayer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established based on requirements of teaching quality assessment.Java technology is used to achieve the related algorithm.This algorithm was applied to a teaching quality monitoring system of university computer foundational curriculum based on J2EE.The online comprehensive evaluation of this curriculum was achieved by the teachers and students.The application effect is good.The teaching evaluation complexity was significantly reduced,the efficiency was improved and also the error and inequity caused by subjective impression are avoided.

Abstract:The traditional K-means clustering algorithm is difficult to initialize the number of clusters K, and the initial cluster centers are selected randomly, this makes the clustering results very unstable. Meanwhile, algorithms are susceptible to noise points. To solve the problems, the traditional K-means algorithm is improved. The improved method is divided into the same grid in space, according to the size of the data point property value and assigns it to the corresponding grid. And count the number of data points in each grid. Selecting M(M>K) grids, comprising the maximum number of data points, and calculate the central point. These M central points as input data, and then to determine the k value based on the clustering results. In the M points, find K points farthest from each other and those K center points as the initial cluster center of K-means clustering algorithm. At the same time, the maximum value in M must be included in K. If the number of data in the grid less than the threshold, then these points will be considered as noise points and be removed. In order to make the improved algorithm can adapt to handle large data. We will parallel the improved k-mean algorithm and combined with the MapReduce framework. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the improved algorithm compared to the traditional K-means clustering algorithm has high quality results, less iteration and has good stability. Parallelized algorithm has a very high efficiency in data processing, and has good scalability and speedup.

Abstract:The necessity of digital management of teaching cases is mainly reflected in the aspects of improving teaching quality, facilitating retrieval and storage, achieving cross-platform sharing, conducting real-time updating, saving resources, and carrying out data analysis and evaluation. However, there are still some defects in the existing management models or methods, which lead to difficulties in data storage and retrieval, and affect the utilization efficiency of teaching resources. To this end, this article takes the Chinese language and literature major as an example, and studies the digital management of teaching cases in colleges and universities based on cluster analysis. First of all, it quantifies the quality of digital management of teaching cases, enables resource demanders to accurately select digital resources of teaching cases that meet their teaching or learning needs through the evaluation index of service quality when faced with diversified digital resources of teaching cases in colleges and universities. The clustering algorithm is used to mine potential topics and patterns in teaching cases, which improves the classification efficiency of teaching cases and enables educators to have a deeper understanding of teaching content and educational needs. It uses "absolute index", "incremental index" and "fluctuation index" to construct the similarity measurement distance function of the basic attributes of teaching cases in colleges and universities and uses the Ward method based on variance analysis to classify the characteristics of teaching cases in colleges and universities. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract:Among many clustering algorithms, the K-means clustering algorithm is widely used because of its simple algorithm and fast convergence. However, the K-value of clustering needs to be given in advance and the choice of K-value directly affect the convergence result. To solve this problem, we mainly analyze four K-value selection algorithms, namely Elbow Method, Gap Statistic, Silhouette Coefficient, and Canopy; give the pseudo code of the algorithm; and use the standard data set Iris for experimental verification. Finally, the verification results are evaluated, the advantages and disadvantages of the above four algorithms in a K-value selection are given, and the clustering range of the data set is pointed out.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of the traditional K-means clustering algorithm, such as the local optimal solution and the slow clustering speed caused by the uncertainty of k value and the randomness of the initial cluster center selection, this paper proposes an improved KMeans clustering method. The algorithm first uses the idea of the elbow rule based on the sum of squares of errors to obtain the appropriate number of clusters k, then uses the variance as a measure of the degree of dispersion of the samples, and selects k data points with the smallest variance and the distance greater than the average distance of the samples as the initial clustering center of the data set. Finally, combined with the “triangular inequality principle,” the unnecessary distance calculation of the KMeans algorithm in the iterative process is reduced, and the algorithm operation efficiency is improved. The results show that the improved KMeans clustering algorithm is tested on the UCI data set. Compared with the traditional k-means algorithm and Canopy-KMeans algorithm, the accuracy and speedup ratio of the improved KMeans clustering algorithm are significantly improved, and the clustering quality is improved.

Abstract:It is compiled by referring to some dimensions of cartel 16 personality factors questionnaire (16PF) and combined with the current situation of teachers in vocational colleges. Six dimensions are designed, which are communication and expression, innovation, persistence, manual operation, teachers' professional identity and intelligence. The clustering algorithm is used to simulate and analyze the data system and establish the big data norm. In addition to describing the whole from the data of centralized trend and discrete trend, it can also describe the position of each individual score in the whole. Here, the concept of overall distribution is used to describe the overall data state by presenting the distribution diagram.
