Abstract:It is possible to radically overcome a series of inevitable inconsistency produced by each independent city system and rural system, and cut expansive foreground for the harmonious development of the whole economic society system, which only through gradually changing traditional countryside and its inherent trait, and continuingly adjusting the historical division pattern of city and rural area economic society. Incorporating city and countryside is the only way to construct new countryside of socialism. City stream should be the trend of pushing countryside growth, socialism' new countryside should be one which on the way to city.
