Cloning and Prokaryotic Expression of Molecular Chaperone Jiv90 Gene from Swine Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells

Abstract:The research studied the cloning and expression of Jiv90 gene.693 bp of Jiv90 gene from swine vein endothelia cell was amplified by PCR,and cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pET-32a,and expressed in E.coli BL21(DE3).The target protein was expressed in E.coli BL21(DE3) induced with IPTG,and detected by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.The results indicated that the 46 ku expressed protein could be recognized by mouse antiHis-tag antibody.The results laid the foundation for studies on the protein function and the preparation of antibodies.
