Abstract:Virtual organization(VO)has such total distribution,dynamic reconstruction and rapid adaptation to information, construction and function that the information system for them must be a distributed,flexible and openable one. This paper proposes SOA and MDA ideas and applys Web services technology to build the framework of information system dynamic integration for virtual organization. In this framework, the steps of VO information system dynamic integration process is divided into eight steps, such as Register and subscribe, Business requirement occurs,Look for partners, Negotiate, Join VO, Acquire service, Integrate organizations business and VO dismiss. This paper uses Business common community representing a common space, in which is reserved business application, subscription information, general business specification and business template. Every organization server has a set of VO construction tool kit that includes user access system, dynamic business construction instrument, UDDI register service system and'organization information management tools.
