Abstract:By analyzing the role of shared equipment in the share center of medical equipment, key factors in managing the share center are pointed out. Abstract:Objective:To analyze the current situation of allocation and utilization of major medical equipment in China and make policy recommendations.Methods:Literature review and field survey methods were used to achieve the purpose.Results:The utilization of major medical equipment in the inpatients was higher than that in the outpatients.The service amount of CT was the biggest and service amount of major medical equipment decreased from east to west.Utilization efficiency varied among sample provinces(city),and positive detection rate was generally high.Excessive use and under use coexisted.Macro distribution and utilization management need to be improved.Conclusion:The macro-governance policy on major medical equipment should be optimized during the new health system reform.Some mechanisms for major medical equipment should be developed and improved,including distribution,investment,monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract:Objective:To understand the rationality of the utilization of large medical equipments in hospitals and to identify the influencing factors.Methods:Data was collected from the discharged patients' records in 2009 from different levels of hospitals in different provinces.Experts reviewed the records and filled in the questionnaires.Results: The level of hospital played a great role in the disease mix.The differences in the rationality of CT,MRI,DSA utilization between hospital levels and among provinces were statistically significant.Conclusion: Rate of reasonable utilization of CT,MRI and DSA was higher in tertiary hospitals than that in secondary hospitals.Service capacity building should be strengthened in secondary hospitals.Government Department of health should also increase monitoring for the optimized rationality of the utilization of equipments.

Abstract:The background and significance of the web-based sharing of college costly instruments & equipments are addressed firstly. Then, in-depth discussion and analysis on the basis of extensive investigation are made about some key issues of the resource sharing. In this paper, after classifying and comparing the current remote sharing methods, an innovation method which accords with the characteristic of the web-based sharing of costly existing instruments & equipments is presented, and that the sharing should be carried out on two levels is suggested : (1)Instruments & equipments are operated locally while instructions come from the remote area, data can be analyzed, processed and displayed locally or remotely; (2)Directly operate the instruments & equipments via internet. Finally, based on the innovation method, a case of the web-based sharing of physiology parameter remote sensing experiment further illustrates the realization of the remote sharing of instruments & equipments.

Abstract:In order to make the best of the medical equipment and avoid repetitive purchase,our hospital establishes a medical equipment communion-center,the section offices of which are responsible for keeping the occasionally-used but indispensable equipment.The equipment managed by the Medical Affairs Office and the Medical Engineering Office could be lent to any section offices in the hospital,thus not only facilitating medical treatment but reducing expenses.

Abstract:Objective: To identify and analyze the problems of major medical equipment(class B) allocation and management in China.Methods: National and provincial major medical equipment(class B) regulations were reviewed and compared.Sixteen secondary and tertiary hospitals from three provinces and one municipality were selected and typical investigations and experts meetings were delivered to get in-depth understanding of management status of major medical equipment(class B) allocation and management.Results: Problems of major medical equipment(class B) allocation and management in China included: irrational allocation plan and shortage of allocation in primary-level hospital;low independent research and development level and vacancy of operation personnel management;unclear division of investigation and supervision and insufficient administrative efficiency.Conclusion: Government departments at all levels have issued equipment management policies,which have achieved favorable effect.Continuous efforts of major medical equipment allocation and management should be made.

Abstract:Objective:The paper aims to explore the characteristics and paths of the technology transfer in medicine, according to the approach to technology innovation conducted at Peking University Third Hospital, providing further reference for related work.Methods:The methodology adopted for this study was the analysis of data of the technology transfer of Peking University Third Hospital during the past five years, details including the patent characteristics, discipline distribution, enterprises that purchased technologies and technology transfer process were analyzed.Results:The main results showed the need to understand that the innovation of clinical medicine is often market-friendly, utility model applications accounted for a large proportion of total number of patent applications, inventors play a prominent role in introducing a technology into the marketplace, enterprises with highly participant, and operational transformation team contributes substantially to the entire technology life cycle.Conclusions:It is important that hospitals make joined efforts in promoting discipline for growth through technology innovation, accelerating intellectual property work comprehensively, and establishing a professional team for transforming scientific discoveries into innovations.

Abstract:Enhancing the contract management of medical equipment is of great importance in managing the medical e-quipment and will exert a profound influence on the medical work.Demonstrating the feasibility of buying the equipment is the most important thing in our hospital.By means of the need demonstration,the benefit demonstration and the market demonstration,we analyze the cost and the benefit of similar equipment,especially the large equipment.Through these work,we seize the running condition and the need degree exactly and avoid such wasteful decisions as buying repeatedly,idleness and low using rate.We can provide scientific evidence for the decision of buying equipment.During the negotiation of contracts,we correct the errors and make every contract become scientific,standardized and precise.At the same time,as a member of contract management,we communicate with other departments actively to ensure the contract be implemented timely,exactly and quickly.

Abstract:This paper analyses the equipment and utilization of instruments owned by49township hospitals located in East China after1990s.The coverage of the instrument increased after1990s.Diagnostic instruments make up72.3percent.As fund sources from government decreased,more and more township hospitals purchased instrument by raising funds from themselves.Nowadays,some kinds of instruments face being washed out,and some kinds are utilized inadequately.Therefore the amount and coverage of in-struments grow obviously and the trend of purchasing expensive instruments also exists.The paper suggests that the research on appropriate scales should be strengthened.

Abstract:Objective: This paper aims that the department of equipment management how to cooperate with infrastructure sector smoothly in the four periods (prophase, medium- term, late stage, adjustment period). Methods: Department of equipment management should participate in the demand discussing in the prophase. During the medium-term, suppliers who provide medical equipments requiring special installation condition should be selected. In the late stage, medical equipments should be installed. Abstract:Objective: To provide recommendations for allocation programming and management of Class B major medical equipment in China by analyzing the current situation of the allocation and utilization of CT and MRI in Shanghai,Shaanxi,Zhejiang and Hunan province.Methods: Sampling method was used to investigate the data of allocation and utilization of CT and MRI in four provinces.Epidata software was used for data entry and SPSS for statistical analysis.Results: Data of allocation and utilization of CT and MRI in four provinces showed different characteristics.The amount of major medical equipments in Shanghai was larger than that in the other three provinces and the amount was at the lowest level in Shaanxi.The quality of CT and MRI in eastern region of China was better than that in the western region.The yearly health service number kept increasing,within which a higher proportion was due to inpatients.However,the efficiency of CT and MRI utilization was generally low,and the data varied greatly among hospitals with different levels in different regions.Conclusion: There are still some problems on allocation and utilization of major medical equipments,such as CT and MRI,and macro-control should be strengthened in order to solve these problems.

Abstract:Objective:To identify the problems and explore the possible approaches for improving the internationalization of technology transfer in hospitals of China.Methods:We make the attempt to summarize the concepts and characteristics of international technology transfer, discussed existing problems and dealing strategies of boosting the internationalization of technology innovation and transformation in hospitals in combination with daily practice.Results:Of the international technology transfer in clinical hospitals in China is at the early stage, there are also a lot of space for improvement, for instance, the training of professional personnel, well-developed innovation and application ecology and the comprehensive regulatory support system.Conclusions:Clinical hospitals should enhance the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at global level. It is important to empower the technology transfer team-building, enhance the infrastructure and professional service, as well as call for more support from the national level to strengthen related policy-making.

Abstract:Medical homogenization in multi-campus hospital plays an essential role in leveraging the advantages of public hospitals, promoting the expansion of high-quality medical resources and balancing regional layout. The Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine deeply used digital intelligence technology to build a new integrated mobile health service system consisting of internet hospital and 5G intelligent applications, which empowered medical efficiency in multi-campus hospital. This system broke the limitations of inconsistent medical resources, unbalanced discipline layout, and insufficient information connectivity in the construction of multi-campus hospitals, and achieved remarkable results in practice. It could provide reference for the multi-campus construction of other large public hospitals.
