Abstract:The alkaline soluable polysaccharide had been exacted from corn-cob by 2%NaOH and neutralized with HCl.The crude polysaccharide had been fractionated by ethanol.It was through the method of chlorosulfonic acid-pyridine to obtain the sulfation of polysaccharide.The SO_(4)~(2-) content of polysaccharide was found to be 11.23% by means of ion chromatography(IC) spectrum.The polysaccharide sulfate has the anti-virus effect on Cosakie B_(3,)but it has little activity to people's coagulation time.
