Study on the Crystallization Dynamics of 2 - Chloro - 4,6 - Diaminoresorcinol

Abstract:The crystallization dynamic parameters of 2-Chloro-4,6-Diaminoresorcinol(CDNR) were determined by using discontinuous dynamic method.The crystallization dynamic equations of CDNR were achieved,and the influencing factors of crystallization dynamics were discussed.The nucleation and growing rate constants at different temperatures and mixing rates was obtained by the calculation of nucleation and growing rate equations.When the temperature was 27℃ and the mixing rate was 180r·min~(-1),the nucleation and growing rate parameters was 9.17×10~6 and 2.17×10~(-12),respectively.When the temperature was 33℃ and the mixing rate was 240 r·min~(-1),the nucleation and growing rate parameters was 2.02×10~8 and 7.10×10~(-12),respectively.
