Environmental Factors and a Control System for Edible Fungus in Greenhouse Cultured

Abstract:Light,temperature,humidity and Carbon dioxide are important environmental factors for edible fungus cultured.The relationship between the edible fungus growth and environmental factors and some measure to regulate and control edible fungus environment in greenhouse are introduced in this paper.The existing distributed control system for greenhouse environment has a fatal defect that the upper host malfunction could disable the whole system.Therefore,a new distributed control system scenario based on RS-485 BUS is presented by author.The new system is made up of upper computer(PC),lower computer(field control units)and RS-485 BUS.The scenario is assimilated the idea of “distributed the field equipments thoroughly” from field BUS control system which improve the reliability of the whole control system.A significant advantage of the new system is reliable,in which even the upper computer failed,the field control units could run normally,or one of the field control unit malfunction doesn't disturb others in the system.
