Research on the reasons that team production exists——A perspective from human capital

Abstract:Alchian and Demsetz put forward team production theory,which adopted monitoring mechanism to control opportunistic behavior of team members.They thought: the only reason that team production existed was working together and collaboration of the team members,but they also didn't describe in detail to this point.This paper will combine human capital theory,deeply analyze the efficient collaboration mechanism of team internal members,meanwhile introduce knowledge transfer mechanism and illiquidity mechanism,which profoundly demonstrates the reasons that team production exists.
