Abstract:A Predator–Prey system is proposed with an introduction of anorexia response on one prey population. By using the comparison theorem and constructing suitable Lyapunov function, we study such Predator–Prey system with almost periodic coefficients. Some sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence of a unique almost periodic solution. Numerical simulations of Predator–Prey system with anorexia response and the one without anorexia response are performed. Our observations suggest that anorexia response on one prey population has a destabilizing effect on the persistence of such Predator–Prey system.

Abstract:In this paper,we consider the qualitative behavior for a class of predator- prey models with functional response kx~(theta) and with or without constant rate stocking.By using Pioncare-Bendixson theorem,the existence-uniqueness theorem of limit cycle and the theory of rotated vector fields,we give a complete qualitative analysis for the models,obtain some sufficient conditions for globe asymptotically stable and a uniqueness-stable limit cycle of the models.

Abstract:On the condition that the growth rate of prey is nonlinear, a kind of prey-predator system with functional response is studied, and the stability of the equilibrium is analyzed. The sufficient condition for that the positive equilibrium is stable fine focus or unstable fine focus is proved by using the method of the formal series. The sufficient condition for the inexistence of limit cycle is found by using the method of Dulac function. The sufficient condition for the uniqueness of limit cycle is obtained by using the theory of Hopf bifurcation, the pioncare-bendixson theory and the uniqueness theorem of limit cycle. At the same time, the simulation is given by using Matlab.

Abstract:Qualitative behavior for a predator-prey system with Holling type-Ⅲ functional response and with or without constant rate stocking was studied. By using Pioncare-Bendixson theorem and the uniqueness theorem of limit cycle, a complete qualitative analysis for the system was given. It was obtained that under some conditions, the system is globe asymptotically stable if positive equilibrium point is stable and has a unique limit cycle if positive equilibrium point is unstable.

Abstract:Qualitative behavior for predator-prey systems with the functional response(x~α)/(1+βx~α+ωx~(2α)) was studied.In this system,the prey density changed with the function x(a-bx~α)when there was not a predator.Through theoretical analysis and structuring Liapunov function,it was concluded that the system is partially stable or globally stable in suitable conditions and has a unique stable limit cycle within the change of the parameters if the positive equilibrium point is unstable.

Abstract:A predator-prey model with simplified Holling type-Ⅳ functional response and predator's numerical response was considered.The qualitative analysis of the model depending on all parameters indicates that the model exhibits complicated dynamical phenomenon,such as a global attractor,two attractors etc.It is shown that there exist different parameter values for which the model has none limit cycle,one limit cycle,or two limit cycles,respectively and the model can have at most two limit cycles bifurcated from Hopf bifurcation.Some computer simulation was presented to illustrate the conclusions by XPPAUT.

Abstract:The existence and permanence of the positive solutions for a one-prey and two-predators model with Crowley-Martin type functional response are considered.First,the bifurcation from a double eigen-value for system is discussed by virtue of the space decomposition and the implicit function theorem,and the sufficient conditions for the existence of the positive steady-state solutions are obtained.Moreover,the sufficient conditions for the non-existence of the positive steady-state solutions are given.Finally,asymp-totic behavior of the positive solutions of the parabolic system is investigated,and the sufficient conditions for extinction and permanence of the parabolic system are given by using the comparison theorem.

Abstract:In this paper, we are concerned with positive solutions of a predator–prey model with Crowley–Martin functional response under homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. First, we prove the existence and reveal the structure of the positive solutions by using bifurcation theory. Then, we investigate the uniqueness and stability of the positive solutions for a large key parameter. In addition, we derive some sufficient conditions for the uniqueness of the positive solutions by using some specific inequalities. Moreover, we discuss the extinction and persistence results of time-dependent positive solutions to the system. Finally, we present some numerical simulations to supplement the analytic results in one dimension.

Abstract:Predator-prey models with Hassell-Varley type functional response are appropriate for interactions where predators form groups and have applications in biological control. Here we present a systematic global qualitative analysis to a general predator-prey model with Hassell-Varley type functional response. We show that the predator free equilibrium is a global attractor only when the predator death rate is greater than its growth ability. The positive equilibrium exists if the above relation reverses. In cases of practical interest, we show that the local stability of the positive steady state implies its global stability with respect to positive solutions. For terrestrial predators that form a fixed number of tight groups, we show that the existence of an unstable positive equilibrium in the predator-prey model implies the existence of an unique nontrivial positive limit cycle.

Abstract:A predator–prey model with Holling type II functional response incorporating a constant prey refuge is investigated. Depending on a constant prey refuge m, which provides a condition for protecting m of prey from predation, we show the instability and global stability properties of the equilibria and the existence and uniqueness of limit cycles for the model. Two examples are carried out to illustrate the validity of our results.

Abstract:The property of solutions of predator-prey model with Holling Ⅲ type functional responses and the second boundary condition is discussed by use of maximum principle,Harnack inequality,spectral analysis of operators and Leray-Schauder degree theory.Firstly,the stability of non-negative constant solutions is showed.Secondly,some prior-estimates of the positive steady-states are obtained.Finally,the sufficient conditions of non-existence and the global existence of non-constant positive solution are proved.The conclusion show that two species can coexistence for a long time when the parameters of this model satisfy some conditions.

Abstract:The goal of this paper is to study systematically a predator-prey mode consisting of one prey and one predator species which include immature stage and mature stage. The Mon od- Haldane functional response is used in the predator-prey system. By applying qualitative analysis, then we take the sufficient condition for the overall stability to the model of the boundary equilibrium point R-1(1,0,0), and by choosing some appropriate parameters to obtain the criterion of the positive equilibrium R-3(x(0), y(0), z(0)) which is partially stable. At the end of my paper, I will use the MATLAB software to provide two examples which can demonstrate these conclusions in my thesis.
