The Design and Implementation of Distributed Control System in Waterworks

Abstract:For the process characteristics and control requirements of a waterworks in Wuhan,a kind of master-slave distributed control system is designed based on PROFIBUS-DP.The host computer adopts KingView as the human machine interface and the slave computer use Siemens 200 PLC as the process controller.Besides, the traditional filter algorithm is improved in this system.The running results show that this system exhibits many advantages such as better human machine interface(HMI),easier to operate and more stable.
