Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test of E.coli Chicks

Abstract:A bacterial isolated from chicken was identified as E.coli by bacteriology,PCR,biochemical characteristics.The animal regression test showed that the strain has high pathogenicity.The result of drug sensitivity test to 23 drugs showed that the strain was sensitive to sulfamethoxazde timethoprim,gentamicin and streptomycin,but highly resistant to other drugs used.
