Abstract:An optimizing method of injection time was proposed in this paper.The injection pressure and the lowest melt temperature were first predicted by a simplified flow model under different injection time.Based on the above parameters,a model was established to optimize the injection time,and lower injection pressure,lower difference of melt temperature,and the shorter injection time were further ob- tained.Finally,a numerical example was studied,which showed that the determined injection time well fitted the objective of optimization.
