Abstract:The purpose of this study is to establish and optimize the maturation system in vitro.The experiment studied the collection methods of oocytes,the oocyte-cutting liquid and the serum.The result showed that there was significant difference between surface cutting and aspiration(P<0.05),very significant difference between DMEM/F-12 and PBS+BSA,EGS(natural estrus),EGS(PG-inducing estrus) and FBS(P<0.01).Conclusion: surface cutting is more helpful for goat oocytes maturation;DMEM/F-12 can improve the rate of goat oocytes maturation as oocyte-cutting liquid;EGS(natural estrus) is significantly useful for oocytes maturation,homologous serum is better than heterologous serum for oocytes maturation.
