Abstract:the factors behind the global economic and financial crisis and trade deficit in the United States of america. This is mainly after the 1980 's the United States of America and began to carry out financial liberalization and 2001 after the Internet bubble burst the Fed 's monetary policy response error. Its root lies in the current international monetary system. The United States of America as a reserve currency country in order to solve the problem,only consider their own interests in the macro monetary policy,it affects the whole world. The current international mainstream scholars generally believe that the government should control the size of the deficit,in order to improve the private sector investment confidence,this approach may not help the economy out of the crisis,also can't control the deficit accumulation is rapid,must implement the global beyond Keynes's recovery plan. Now the mainstream theory in development economics has very big problem,in the future development process in China,there must be many contradictions and conflicts. We only independent research,theoretical innovation,see the problem more comprehensive,will let us in the international economic development of the passive to active.
