A Digital Ultrasonic Inspection Experimental System Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:For more efficient acquisition and analysis of ultrasonic signals, and for reducing the difficulty of signal processing, the characteristics of LabVIEW software are introduced and a LabVIEW system used for ultrasonic inspection is achieved. The whole system includes continuous data acquisition in the mode of external trigger, real-time analysis, signal processing, waveform presentation in both time and frequency domains, and real-time data saving. Electronic gate is completed, in which some important information can be extracted and presented, and A/C scan functions are achieved according to the information. Some experiments are done to prove the feasibility of the whole system.
