Abstract:Industry evolution is conducted through sunset industry being replaced by sunrise industry.The replacement has two forms: gradual changing and intense changing,and the intense changing is catalyzed by the economic crisis.When the sunset industries get thinner profit,capital accumulation model presents a variety of trends,such as monopolization,virtualization,globalization and innovation.The first three methods don't include.Only innovation can bring industrial upgrading and lead economy out of crisis.In the recent crisis,China must adjust the industrial structure,nurture the sunrise industries.At the same time,China should create good conditions for the operation of the innovation capital from human resource,funding Etc.
