Abstract:Nowadays,with the rapid development of postgraduate education in developed countries such as America,England,Japan and Russia,the management systems of postgraduate education in those countries have their own characristics,but the relationships among government,graduating units and society are clear and the powers of different sectors contribute to each other. Based on the comparative analysis of their management systems of postgraduate education,the use of those contries' experience for reference will be useful for the development of China's management system of postgradute education.
