Expression of CXCR3 Mrna in Lesions and Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell(pbmc)of Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Abstract:【Objective】 To detect the expression level of chemokines receptor CXCR3 mRNA in skin lesions and peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and explore the role of CXCR3 in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.【Methods】 RT-PCR was applied to determine the expression of CXCR3 mRNA in skin lesions and PBMC from patients with psoriasis vulgaris in active period and normal controls;the relationnship between PASI and the expression level of CXCR3 in skin lesions and PBMC of pateints with psoriasis vulgaris was analyzed.【Results】 The relative content of CXCR3 mRNA in skin lesions and PBMC of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was(1.44 ± 0.72)and(1.49 ± 0.10),in normal control they were(0.51 ± 0.10)and(0.45 ± 0.09).The relative content of CXCR3 mRNA in skin lesions and PBMC of patients with psoriasis vulgar was obviously higher than that in control by statistical analysis,there was significant difference between the two groups(P 0.05).The expression level of CXCR3 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris was positively correlated with PASI(P 0.05).【Conclusions】Chemokine receptor CXCR3 may be involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.
