Abstract:In the age of new economy,the economy of developed countries maintains continuously low-speed growth compared to the developing countries' booming economic growth.MNEs' growing need for larger market size cannot be satisfied only by domestic and western markets.For increasing the market shares,more and more MNEs begin adapting reverse innovation in developing countries.In this thesis,it firstly gives a comprehensive overview about the intension of reverse innovation,and then expounds in detail the process of reverse innovation with cases and related proposals on how Chinese enterprises deal with reverse innovation are put forward at last.
