Abstract:This paper mainly describes the method of the high-accuracy temperature measurement system using high-accuracy temperature sensor AD590 and LMX31 series V/F conversion chip.Moreover MAX354 chip is employed to realize 8-way circulation measurements.The measured data are processed on the singlechip-based platform running on C language.Through practical application,this system has realized high-accuracy temperature measurement.
