Genetic and Molecular Markers Used for Phylogenetic Analysis of Red-tide Algae

Abstract:Various technics of genetic and molecular markers are extensively used for phylogenetic analysis of red-tide algae providing their morphological identification with a complementary tool and playing an important role in the revelation of the harmful algae diversity.It is learnt from the review and discussion of the genetic and molecular markers for the phylogenetic studies of the red-tide algae that synthetic application of multiple technics of the genetic and molecular markers tends to be often used for quick and accurate identification of those algae and the related studies.
