Abstract:The goal of The Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance is to improve the ability of innovation,and during the process knowledge sharing is tipically important.At the moment,the members of ailliance are little to share the resources of knowledge.In the process of solving the problem,this article suggests to build the unique system of alliance to expressing knowledge sharing.And the system on account of knowledge protecting and knowledge echanging.
