Resins of Chitosan-Ce4+ Complexes Application in Apple Juice Production

Abstract:Resins of chitosan-Ce~(4+)complexes(CCGR) are prepared by using the suspending connecting method in the adverse phase.The CCGR has characteristic of stability for acid,alkali and thermal conditions.The CCGR was used to clarification of apple juice by the ways of vibrator and chromatography column,then nutrimental ingredient and transparency of the juice were measured.The results show that clarification of the both ways for apple juice was very good,the ratio of transparency was more than 96%,and the content of nutrimental ingredient,such as amino acids,increased evidently in the apple juice by the CCGR column.The CCGR was used in apple juice factory.Results from the factory show that the CCGR had both clarification and reducing residual of organophosphorous pesticides for the apple juice.
