Abstract:Logistics centers need to be located effectively considering locations. Using advanced data mining techniques, the multifaceted nature of location selection was investigated with natural, internal, and external factors. Natural factors include geographical features, climate conditions, and ecological considerations. Internal factors include infrastructure availability, land availability, and proximity to transportation hubs. External factors encompass market demand, competitor analysis, and regulatory constraints. Using data collection, preprocessing, and analytical methods, an informed decision-making process in location selection was developed. The K-means clustering was used for grouping potential locations based on similarities. Algorithmic optimization and shortest path matrices were used to compute distances between centers. Based on the results, logistics distribution centers were distributed to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Abstract:Based on the empirical planning of logistics hubs of Quzhou city in Zhejiang province, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the planning of city logistics hubs is introduced. First an index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for city logistics hubs is proposed to handle the membership of both quantitative and qualitative factors. Secondly a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, the key weight of index system is given by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and each index is evaluated by single factor evaluation. The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show three alternatives for logistics hubs location in Quzhou city and then the practical function planning for each logistics hub is provided.

Abstract:In AHP, it is difficult to transform a evaluation matrix to some coherence one. Some factors are easy to satisfy coherence. We chose AHP. Since others are hard, we choose the method of Fuzzy-Decision. In building the system of suppliers evaluation in SCM, it is practical to choose, subdivide and fit together the 23 basic factors Weber suggested. Evaluation factors are classified as two types: qualitative one and quantitative one. To get the evaluation result, the first one is decided by expert, the other is based on data, to process the data, subjection-function method and frequency method are suggested.

Abstract:With the development of social economy, logistics industry has gradually become the lifeline of national economy, and the scientific and reasonable evaluation of logistics development level is of great practical significance for regional economic development. This paper constructed the evaluation index system of logistics development level, and comprehensively analyzed the logistics development level of Heilongjiang Province from 2012 to 2020 by using fuzzy matter-element method and entropy value method. The results show that the development level of logistics in Heilongjiang Province shows a trend of gradual growth, but decreases under the influence of COVID-19. The investment in fixed assets, the construction of logistics infrastructure, the development of express business and the level of logistics informatization play an important role in logistics development. This paper scientifically evaluated the level of logistics development in Heilongjiang Province and provided a basis for government departments to improve logistics capacity.

Abstract:This paper perfects the index system of commodities distribution modernization in China,and transforms normal index to special index between 10 and 100 with the use of comprehensive fuzzy evaluation.The research finds that the level of commodity distribution modernization is closely related to its regional location and overall economic power,which is also influenced by industrial structure.At the same time,using clustering analysis based on the special index,it draws the following conclusions.The "leading zone" should seize the historic opportunities,cultivate the innovative talents and hold the lead.The "catching up zone" should take the geographical advantage and break the boundaries between provinces,between industries and between ownership systems to participate in regional economic cooperation actively.Finally,the "less developed zone" should promote and implement the Western Development Strategy to push the modernization of logistics.

Abstract:The prevalence of web2.0 makes e-Comtnerce an increasingly popular trend. Consumers can post their product reviews about product after buying products on the web. These product reviews can help online user make sensible decisions and enable business enterprises to improve their business strategies. To cope with the information overload problem, opinion mining is needed to extract useful expression and summarize important opinion for users. But the quality of product reviews at websites varies greatly. In this paper, we propose a method based fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality of Chinese product reviews. We define three fuzzy sets to represent the different types of product reviews. We determine the quality of product reviews under the proximity membership principle based the three fuzzy sets. Experiments based on an expert-composed product reviews corpus show that our method can achieve promising performance.

Abstract:The purpose is to establish a logistics supplier evaluation and selection model for green supply chain, which can effectively take into account the environmental problems, while the enterprise economy is developing. The logistics supplier evaluation index system is established under the background of green logistics based on fuzzy theory and multicriteria decision-making theory. The green competitiveness index is innovatively introduced into the system. Moreover, a fuzzy hybrid multicriteria decision-making method model is established based on the deficiency of the current supplier evaluation and selection methods, so as to select logistics suppliers; finally, the established logistics supplier evaluation and selection method is applied to real enterprises for example verification. The results are as follows. The direct relationship matrix is obtained according to the opinions of the expert group, and the relationship matrix is defuzzified and standardized to obtain the clear value of the secondary index. Finally, the fit between the evaluation results of the five logistics companies and the positive and negative ideal values is calculated. According to the principle of maximum fit, the evaluation priority of the five companies is 4 > 3 > 2 > 5 > 1. Thereby, taking the fuzzy multicriteria decision-making analysis method as the evaluation model has high reference value for the evaluation of green logistics companies, solves the problem of how production and sales enterprises choose green logistics suppliers, fully meets the needs of enterprises and governments that focus on the green degree of suppliers in the supply chain, and can effectively promote the efficient operation of green supply chain management.

Abstract:Aiming at many problems such as variable and uncertainty in problem modeling, and the phenomenon of big load in the distribution of FMCG, the idea of customer clustering and dynamic customer clustering is put forward. The data mining is used to model the distribution and scheduling problem of multi product and multi item products for the purchase of third party logistics and distribution services. At the same time, the classification method of customer clustering is studied. The general rules of dynamic customer clustering, the scope of application and the rules of application are proposed. In view of the fact that the needs of customers in real operation are dealt with instantaneously, the scheduling method based on qualitative and quantitative heuristic rules is discussed. The suggestion of customer clustering set is provided to supply the order rank of production place. The results show that the idea of customer clustering effectively reduces the difficulty of solving the model. The dynamic customer thought increases the flexibility of customer clustering thinking. It is suitable for the uncertainty of the practical application of enterprises, and further reduces the logistics cost of enterprises. This rule has a high reference value for the scheduling of enterprise products.

Abstract:Abstract The bulk commodity, different with the retail goods, has a uniqueness in the location selection, the chosen of transportation program and the decision objectives. How to make optimal decisions in the facility location, requirement distribution, shipping methods and the route selection and establish an effective distribution system to reduce the cost has become a burning issue for the e-commerce logistics, which is worthy to be deeply and systematically solved. In this paper, Logistics warehousing center model and precision marketing strategy optimization based on fuzzy method and neural network model is proposed to solve this problem. In addition, we have designed principles of the fuzzy method and neural network model to solve the proposed model because of its complexity. Finally, we have solved numerous examples to compare the results of lingo and Matlab, we use Matlab and lingo just to check the result and to illustrate the numerical example, we can find from the result, the multi-objective model increases logistics costs and improves the efficiency of distribution time.

Abstract:As manufacturing is experiencing a shift from a seller's market to a buyer's market,many companies start to be driven by distribution management.Distributor selection and management play a key role in distribution channel management and the first step is evaluating distributors reasonably and effectively.Distributor evaluation problem is a classical multi-objective decision making problem.An improved approach based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed in this paper to solve this problem.Aiming at the limits of subjective determining weights and objective determining weights methods,the index weights are worked out with the combination weighting approach which can combine objectiveness with subjectivity and improve the rationality of old fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.First,several methods for determining weights are tested through Kendall coefficient of consistency and the result is used to choose the optimum combination weighting approach.Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to assess the distributor.Finally the comparative analysis and a case study are given to illustrate the validity of the improved approach.

Abstract:— Green and sustainable development will become the mainstream of The Times. Logistics, as a service industry closely related to the people, should vigorously promote green development. How to evaluate the green development degree of an express delivery enterprise needs not only qualitative explanation, but also quantitative objective evaluation. In this paper, DPSIR method is applied to construct the evaluation index system of green development of logistics enterprises. After in-depth investigation and understanding of relevant enterprises, this paper analyzes the life cycle of logistics, such as receiving, packaging sorting, transportation, storage and distribution processes. By using the analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we collected data from some companies and used relevant statistics for analysis, then the development degree of green logistics is quantified, and the green development degree of China's logistics enterprises is quantitatively analyzed.

Abstract:Taking the rural e-commerce logistics service as the research object, this paper analyzes its characteristics and influencing factors, constructs the evaluation system of rural e-commerce logistics service quality, and uses the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model. The research shows that the evaluation result of rural e-commerce logistics service quality in Wuhan city is good, which is in an important period from “good” to “excellent”.

Abstract:The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the service quality of China United Shipping Logistics of Maanshan Iron and steel company. Based on the relevant theoretical evaluation model and the actual situation of China United Shipping Company of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the specific dimension index is established to realize the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. We mainly use AHP to calculate the weight after obtaining the evaluation index through online survey, network data survey and enterprise internal personnel consulting survey. Finally, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the service level data of this enterprise and draw a conclusion.
