Abstract:Ever since the reform and opening to the outside world, under the leadership of the Party and the government, local people's congress has entered into a new historical period of systematic construction and development. Great progress has been made during this period in the work of local people's congress. The election system of local people's congress has been greatly improved. The system of the deputies to local people's congress and the system of the conference of local people's congress have become more and more regulative, and the organization of the local people's congress has also been greatly improved.
