Abstract:In order to make full use and share of cadastral information,based on existing achievements in the process of cadastral management informatization,and to meet the new demands of local self-government and global sharing in cadastral management,a solution that integrates local cadastral databases into a global federated database is proposed,according to the federated database theory.The solution include a dynamic feature access model and a hierarchical privilege management strategy,which are supposed to control the access of cadastral graphic and business data respectively.On the basis of the solution,a new cadastral information system is developed by refactoring and updating the old one.The new system has been put into operation with good performance and well meets the new needs of cadastral management,which not only verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution,but also provides new ideas to realize the integration and sharing of cadastral information and even achieve the goal of socialization of cadastral information services.

Abstract:This paper put forward an integrated management method of marine remote sensing data by integrating the technologies of WebGIS,spatial database and network communication.A real-time publication of marine remote sensing data was designed and realized which integrates the function of data browsing,data querying,data downloading,automatic batch uploading remote sensing data to database,automatic long-distance data distribution and so on.The network communication technology and the efficient and safe data transmission that is combination of the encryption and verification technology were discussed.The mechanism of double-effect database connection pool was also analyzed.The strategy was proposed that marine remote sensing data is visualized by integrating the technology of creating data files dynamically with the technology of visualization cache.Finally,the application results show the system can manage marine remote sensing data efficiently.

Abstract:Spatial information processing is one of the important research contents in information technology. It is the major direction to combine geo-information technique and mobile communication technique in the spatial information processing. In this paper, we have thoroughly analyzed supporting techniques of mobile smart terminal spatial information processing system based on the spatial information's characters such as real-time, mass, distributing, complexity, variety, and so on, established a frame of smart terminal spatial information processing system, which is included by data layer, middle layer and presentation layer. Also we have investigated an organization scheme for mobile map document in intelligent terminal and carried out the system's systematic function design. Using Visual Studio 2005 as developing environment and ArcGIS Server 9.3 as spatial information service platform, managing space data based on ArcSDE and SQL Server 2005 and supporting by ArcGIS Mobile secondary development module, we have developed smart terminal spatial information prototype system supported with multi-consumer control. The system can implement spatial information collecting, storing, editing, visualizing, and bi-directional simultaneous with server, and so on.

Abstract:In order to improve the management effect of intelligent campus in colleges and universities, this paper combines computer data processing technology and GIS technology to build an intelligent campus management system. This design system uses it to deal with the integration of multiple data, associate spatial geographical position with attributes, or associate spatial position with spatial position, realize the position query of attribute map, and realize the interaction between maps. Based on spatial information technology (BIM + GIS), Internet of Things technology, big data and cloud computing technology, through the "technology + operation and maintenance management + campus management" model, this paper build a smart campus operation and maintenance management information system. After that, this paper studies the system from two angles of campus teaching management and campus daily management, and compares the methods proposed in this paper with data mining methods. Through the results of experimental analysis, we can see that the model proposed in this paper can effectively improve the management effect of smart campus, and provide an effective reference for the construction of smart campus in colleges and universities.

Abstract:With the rapid development of database technique and computer technology nowadays, it is no longer a difficult problem to manage mass statistical data with computer and database system. However, from the statistical mode and time series of rural socio-economic statistical survey, we know that the statistical data have both spatial and temporal attribute, so the traditional systems have no enough ability to manage and analyze the statistical data with spatio-temporal attribute. In this paper, on the basis of the former research and the real demands of rural socio-economic statistic department, four key techniques about the construction of spatial management and analysis system for rural socioeconomic statistic data were designed. Based on the statistical spatio-temporal database, historical statistical data spatio-temporal division, statistical model library, exploratory spatial statistical analysis method techniques, the integrative operational system was realized for spatio-temporal data management, analysis and thematic mapping or expression. It could be utilized in many aspects of operational work of rural socio-economic statistic administration.

Abstract:Fast development of Geomatics and network integrated technology demonstrates that spatial information are widely used in regional planning and decision making. Existing non-standardized multi-sources and multi-scales data have a shortage of spatial information sharing in both internal and external application departments or units, especially in the network era. A pilot regional planning and decision making spatial information system based on a standardized and network sharing technology is presented in this paper.The research area is composed of eight counties in Jinghong Region and Simao Region of Yunnan Province in China. Spatial information resources such as remote sensing, digital maps, and paper maps are collected from different departments. Statistics data such as agriculture, forest, earthquake hazard, ore, hydrogeology, ecology, transportation, population, tourism, and trade, etc. are the composition of the application system. The system will be mainly used by regional planners and managers in the province and the regions via Internet.The applications of general users are also considered. Geographic Metedata standardization for spatial information is used as an Internet engine between users and datasets. Arc/INFO and ArcView GIS are the basic software for information integration. WebGIS is used for spatial information sharing design and GeoMedia is accepted as a basic web software platform. Other software for multi-dimensional information display and management are designed and applied for virtual reality planning and application in the project.

Abstract:Abstract. As a component of smart city, smart community is the community form in the information age. With people's higher pursuit of living environment, safety, convenience and other intelligent aspects, the construction of smart community continues to accelerate. However, there are still some problems such as uneven community safety management level, data island, insufficient quality service projects and lack of participation of residents. This paper studies and practices the construction of smart community based on GIS and tilt photogrammetry. The smart community uses tilt photogrammetry technology to restore the real scene of the community as the data source. The core work of field data acquisition, 3D model construction and monomer modelling of the real scene is carried out. Then, the smart community web terminal is built based on Cesium.js and Vue.js framework, and the mobile terminal is developed by using WeChat applet. The experiment shows that this system can build a communication bridge between managers and users, and it is convenient for property management personnel to carry out accurate positioning verification, inspection, maintenance and timely feedback of community events on the information reported by users in real time. The whole smart community system can provide intelligent and convenient conditions for residents of the community, It can improve the existing management level of the community and provide the valuable technical reference for the current construction of smart communities.

Abstract:Sustainability and sustainable development have become the main themes of today's world. Urban planning and the urban spatial form derived from it are the pivotal points to prompt sustainable urban development. As an important approach for geo-spatial data management, GIS obtain widely recognitions and applications. Urban Planning Management Information System (UPMIS) is a multidisciplinary and multi-specialties integrated GIS application-system based on computer network and it uses GIS technology as platform, which can serve as an assistance system for urban planning, administration and decision making. Ningbo Planning Bureau has been researching the GIS technology in the application of planning domain from 1994, and then it developed Ningbo UPMIS based on window and Mapinfo platform. And so far it has built about ten thousand cases' item information. This paper, describes briefly the development and application of GIS technology in the field of urban planning in China, and it analyzes the application demands of GIS technology for planning and management under China urban planning system, Taking the development and use of Ningbo UPMIS as an example, this paper describes particularly the composition of the urban planning spatial database, the net framework for running UPMIS, the dynamic construction of workflow in integrating graphics and text and its application situation in Ningbo UPMIS activities.

Abstract:With the advent of Web 2.0, new technologies for spatial data service, and demanding needs in spatial data sharing, and advanced analysis, both geographic information system and spatial statistics are facing challenges from different disciplines never met before. Due to their mutual beneficial roles in highlevel decision making, it's quite essential to make research on the integration of Web 2.0 based WebGIS with spatial statistics. Thus, to promote spatial intelligence, this study made an example of this integration by incorporating spatial cluster analysis seamlessly into China Geo-Explorer platform, a web-based platform for spatial & aspatial data integration and analysis. This integration made good use of benefits of WebGIS and spatial statistics, through data sharing, mapping and reporting, enabling spatial clusters identification with exploratory analysis and post-discovering knowledge from results of spatial pattern analysis. Some application scenario was introduced to demonstrate its great potential in spatial decision making.

Abstract:More and more researchers from different fields find it essential to combine GIS data to do survey data analysis and multi-disciplinary studies. Spatial intelligence allows efficient data integration for spatial and non-spatial data, quick and accurate location analysis and spatial assessment. In this paper, we present an updated version of China Geo-Explorer, a web based platform for spatial intelligence, which integrates multi-source spatial data and non-spatial data from various fields including demography, business and religion, etc. The platform interacts with users through many flexible spatial selection methods to generate time-saving, easy-to-use, and pre-formatted reports as well as customized reports, provides different kinds of observations points on fields like economy and hydrology for spatial selection and time-series data visualization, comparison and analysis, and creates dynamic theme map on demand. Finally we discuss two case studies on business intelligence and multi-disciplinary studies as applications of the platform.

Abstract:With regard to the basic characteristics of spatial information, the mutuality and integrated mode of Global Positioning System (GPS), geographic information system (GIS) and remote sensing (RS) is presented in this paper. The requirement and feasibility of SIT integration are analyzed and the feasibility of integrating spatial information and mobile communication is discussed. Based on the analysis of necessity and feasibility of their integration the integrating mode and method including the integration of SIT with communication technology are studied. The key technologies of the system integration are discussed and the architecture of SIT integration is proposed. The application fields and prospect of spatial information integration are expatriated through the analysis of some typical cases.

Abstract:A system of information management and decision support system for agricultural mechanization management was designed by means of systematic analysis, information processing technology, system integration methods, database technology etc. Then, integration of GIS and MIS/DSS was implemented with the help of database development software Visual Basic 6.0 and MapInfo 7.0 GIS. The system was developed with the functions of information inputs, modification, inquiry, erasing, statistic analysis, prediction, accessory decision, congruence of thematic map and outputs. Application of system in Zhejiang Province shows that it is well.

Abstract:GIS is it good spatial analysis tool, nevertheless, as the accumulation of spatial data, the functions that GIS offers are not enough. Spatial data mining, which can automatically discover implicit knowledge from spatial data, has recently received wide attentions. However, the spatial data mining. systems are not competent for preprocessing and presenting spatial data. Hence, the idea to integrate spatial data mining and GIS is straight forward. In this paper, we propose a novel method to integrate spatial data mining and GIS. This method is implemented with SPMML, an XML-based language that extended from PMML. We build a prototype system with this method and it works well.

Abstract:At present, a number of techniques have been applied to improve campus security, but their efficiency is limited due to the lack of accurate geographic information. This article proposes a Geographic Information System (GIS) based framework for campus security, which organizes all existing security facilities and human factors in a geographic model. To spatialize the campus, Mobile Mapping System (MMS) is recommended as the surveying tool to obtain the 3D database of campus. And the software of ArcGIS, as the second development platform, is employed to build the modules referring to spatial analysis. The new system is evaluated by a simulated evacuation experiment and the results show its efficiency is satisfactory.

Abstract:Using GIS and Web Service technologies, and integrated the expertise model, management and decision support system by SaaS mode with service-oriented thinking was established, to implement low-cost, cross-platform and reusable functions of digital management for farmland environment and decision support for agricultural production safety. By integrating information collection platforms and message sending platform, the architecture, including data collection and updating, data query and statistics, data analysis and evaluation, and information released was formed in one set for farmland environmental on-line management and spatial decision support. The system was applied in Liuminying village, located in Zhangziying Town of Daxing district in Beijing suburb, and the desired result was achieved.
