Abstract:It reviewed nursing progress on humane care applied for ICU patients,including well visits before ICU admission,creating a comfortable,humane for monitoring and treatment environment,let patients participate in the care work,establishing a good nurse-patient relationship,thinking highly of important family members involved in the care process,individualized care,and implementation of the accountability model of care.
