Study on the Evaluating of Supplier in the Emergency Logistics of Military Integration Based on Set Pair Analysis

Abstract:It is a great significant problem for evaluating scientifically and rationally suppliers in the emergency logistics to build integrated military and safeguard mechanism.However,it is also difficult that gaining accurate data for evaluating logistics providers because there are a large number of elements of uncertainty and ambiguity in their core competencies.The paper has introduced a new evaluating method,i.e.set pair analysis,which is fitful for solving that problem.Firstly,it has explained briefly its main ideas and evaluation steps.is has econdly,it has also set up the ideal supplier alliance structure evaluation system for military integration.Then it has derived sample index assessing value by the methods of statistics,experts' assessment,evaluation function calculation on the basis of the establishment of indicators of the contact matrix and contact degree of target synthesis.Lastly,calculated alliance supplier evaluation indicators of the same,opposite and contact degrees,and has assessed the results of the final order for selecting scientifically the emergency logistics provider.
