Abstract:A novel theoretical model of the component agent was proposed based on multi-layer finite state machine (FSM) and the requirements of collaborative design. And a new collaborative design-oriented product data model (CDPDM) was put forward. The CDPDM included three basic data modules (function data, structure data and management data) and a remote data modification module. This model had five characteristics: neutral representation, reusability, knowledge engineering, remote data modification and self-management. By combining the theoretical agent model with the CDPDM, a product component agent frame was proposed and some key issues, e. g. environment model construction, program and data encapsulation, software reuse and strategy set organization, were discussed. The practical application in demonstration enterprise shows that the proposed system can enhance the ability of the collaborative product design.

Abstract:Amazon and Taobao publish product introduction online for customers’ personal choice and become the successful examples of modern service based on information and communication technologies. However, if they want to achieve a complex service through composing some simple services, the research of service composition platform is still rudi-mental. In order to achieve this goal, a virtualization-based service system development method is proposed. The service elements are described standardized as service component at first. Then the service component is virtualized to be a web service and is deployed on a service platform, which is similar to Amazon. Customers put forward their demands on this platform and the platform will auto-match and dispatch task to the component to build a real-world service system. Finally, an application in ocean logistics service is briefly introduced.

Abstract:Current electronic commerce applications have become larger and more complex, and the need cannot be met by the traditional design technologies. Developing and maintaining such large and complex e-commerce system demand more effective methodology. This paper discusses the characteristics of e-commerce systems and advantages of component-based design method, and proposes a component model for e-commerce framework. The methods/process/technologies for development and maintenance of component-based e-commerce applications are emphasized finally.

Abstract:An agile service composition approach model is proposed to focus on the problem that most current service composition techniques are of high complexity,high cost and less flexibility.The algorithm uses Web service components as the basic service composition units to shake off reliance of traditional techniques on professionals.A light flow controller is designed to make the service composition flow not rely on any heavy server and feedback in time.Basic service composition flow can be reused in more complex services by designing a Web service component deployer.The usability and flexibility of the proposed model are verified by implementing it in an enterprise integrated project.

Abstract:Service composition and Web mash-up are promising for meeting specific business requirements by integrating multiple distributed services and SaaS (Software as a Service) has become a popular way of software development and delivery paradigm. An application that meets the business challenges the customer faces in managing its supply chain by integrating two existing SaaS offerings into a newly developed technology presented to validate the service composition technologies. This paper contributes with a practice of a light weight approach of the problems that are inevitable in SaaS integration such as data synchronization, process control, and identification. The purpose of this paper tries to provide a reference for researchers and engineers in this domain.

Abstract:Component is to have a solution to reuse software and the introduction of its attempt to a low self-up, pre-and large-scale custom-assembled to resolve the problem created the software system. On the market today there are a number of components-implemented model which have been widespread used. However, due to commercial secrets, companies or organizations are reluctant to develop a component model to integrate complete programs, which make it difficulty to carry out cross-component model interoperability. In this paper, a new component model is proposed based on the Web Service technology and the strong Assembly and Disassembly of components. By separating the component-based applications with the framework of the internal components, the proposed component model is reusable and consistent to multi-platforms. The analysis of relationship between the system framework and the component model proves that component management and mutual operations are implemented inside the system framework, and the systems based on the component model are open, flexible and maintainable.

Abstract:This paper proposes a method of component self-description,which packs class information and import information in components from processed source files.Class information includes component export interfaces and functions list,and import information define other depended components'information including uniform resource locator and version number etc.this method extends the ability of self-description of standard component model, and implements component dynamic-updating and self-rolling without any registration.

Abstract:For distributed real time embedded system(DRES),the paper proposes a development model QuOCCM which can provide adaptive quality assurance.QuOCCM is composed of Client,Qoskets,and Server,all of them are implemented by component.The Client interacts with applications,gets QoS requirements,and trigs adaptive mechanism.The Qoskets extends QoS guarantee framework QuO and realizes the system QoS adaptive adjuster using component technology.The Server provides implements of quality assurance.Research shows that the method not only guarantees the adaptive QoS requirement,but also reduces the system complexity by separation of functional path and QoS path.

Abstract:The emergence of dynamic supply chains has resulted in increased global competition and demand for greater product variety. The object of supply chain management is to deal effectively with materials flow, information flow, and financing flow of supply network in competitive, collaborative, and dynamic market environments. A critical success factor in improving supply chain management lies in integration and coordination. This paper will present a component-based framework for Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) to provide a platform for implementing integration and coordination between enterprises in supply chain. It is the multi-layer framework including database server layer, component server layer, kernel component layer and user interface layer. The component-based framework can be implemented with technology for components, interfaces, and services as available in Web Service. In addition, detailed functions components are designed. Component-based SCM could be dynamic configured in three-dimension by the sorts of enterprise type, manufacture type and products type.

Abstract:The author first brings forward the idea of the global supply chain based on Web services by which its just possible to turn the viewpoint of global supply chain into reality. Then the paper presents an appropriate application integration framework of the global supply chain based on Web services, which clarifies how Web services form high-level interfaces through which partners can find them each other conveniently and conduct business operations in a more loosely coupled fashion so that satisfy the demands for the right choice of the global partners and the agile EAI. Finally, the paper takes one project, namely the establishment of the online application service system CFCC (CAD File Conversion Center) as a good instance to validate.

Abstract:As a new type of management pattern, ”cluster supply chain” (CSC) can help SMEs to face the global challenges through all kinds of collaboration. However, a major challenge in implementing CSC is the gap between theory and practice in the field. The recent rapid commercialization and adoption of ”service” technologies has driven a process of transforming theory into practices. In an effort to provide a better understanding of this emerging phenomenon, this paper presents two key elements of cluster supply chain, including: an instanced model for cluster supply chain alliance (CSA), and the architecture of service supporting system. Cluster supply chain has propelled a structural change in buyers-intermediaries-sellers relationships, and accelerated internationalization of small- and medium-sized enterprises.

Abstract:Service system as the foundation for service providers and customers to create and capture value via co-production relationship, is a complex socio-technological system composed of people, techniques and shared information. One of the most significant characteristics of a service system is that there exist a mass of dynamic, stochastic and semantic interactions (i.e., interoperability) between heterogeneous service elements. For better considerations on interoperability during service system design, we import OWL-based service ontology to precisely express service semantics. Based on such ontology, heterogeneous service elements are elaborately classified and encapsulated into a unified form "Service Component" with a set of uniform interfaces to expose or acquire semantics-based services to/from outside. In such way, right service components will be chosen out by ontology matching, and semantics conflicts between service elements will be easily discovered. Based on interface connections, selected service components are weaved together to form service system with good interoperability performance.

Abstract:The functional features and QoS attributes of software components should be adapted during the stages of development lifecycle to match distinct applications demands in mass customization context. However, the researchers and developers of component-based software development system (CBSD) always ignore this fact. In this paper, we present a component management system to manage distributed software components for large-scale software system development. A concept of component repository was introduced as the basic logic unit for storage and management of the software components in accordance with development stage. The difference of operations permitted in each repository promised distinct applications and management demands of specific stage. Typically, software components were held in three disparate repositories: a design repository, a controlled repository and a product repository. The development of components from both engineering implementation and application assembly views are discussed. Automatic component transfer between component repositories was implemented in the charge of workflow. According to the concept of repository, there could be one-to-one correspondence between each software system and an independent database.
