The Thinking of Professional Training in Seven-year Emergency Medicine

Abstract:This paper reviewed the results of the seven-year medical education of our country in more than 20 years and we found it had formed characteristic teaching model.Meanwhile,we also discovered some problems in medical education,especially in seven-year emergency medicine.We put forward some corresponding countermeasures,including selecting appropriate training models,strengthening training of emergency medicine and emergency subspeciality,adding assistant tutor system,allowing various forms of thesis and dealing with the legal problems of medical practice.Eventually,the purpose of training high level of emergency clinicians will be achieved.
