Abstract:The compositions of acute endometritis pathogenic microorganism were studied in postpartum dairy cows in order to find the main pathogen and provide evidence for the clinical treatment. We had done some researches on 80 dairy cows which affected acute blennorrhea endometritis in postpartum 6~10 days, bacteria or fungi were isolated and identified from the contents of the uterus.195 bacterial or fungal isolates were obtained,35.4% were hemolytic and 50.8% were pathogenic to experimental animals. The most frequently bacterial isolates were E.coli and S.aureus(respectively 83.75% and 62.5%),then P.mirabilis(36.25%),C.albicans(20%) and K.pneumoniae(17.5%).90% of the diseases were co-mixed infected, the bacterial co-mixed mixed infection conclude E.coli,S.aureus,K.pneumoniae and P.mirabilis(70%),20% were fungi and bacterium co-infection,C.albicans were isolated. The results show that E.coli,S.aureus,K.pneumoniae,P.mirabilis were major pathogenic bacteria,20% dairy cows were infected with fungi, among which C.albicans were primary pathogens.
