Abstract:For resolving the difficulty of not easy remembered,understanding,management and existing difference between Precedence Diagramming Method(PDM) with layer structure of Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) caused by many number of activities in large project management.This paper applies a hierarchical PDM,construct one-to-one relationship between PDM and hierarchical WBS,presents no ambiguity when expands PDM,no relationship between activities in different PDM,and a process for computing critical path.On a project management about practicing an information system of logistical management,it indicates that hierarchical PDM structure clear,easy remembered and understanding.It is helpful for contenting require of project management of different level managers and understanding the scope and progress for other project team member.
